• How many collar sensors can one pet door support?
• There is no cap on how many sensors one iGuardPaw smart pet door can support, so you can give all your pets permission to come and go freely.
• Timer mode (P1) & Auto mode (P2), which one should I choose
• If you want to ensure that only your own pets can enter, choose Auto Mode (P2). However, if your pet dislikes wearing a collar, Timer Mode (P1) is the better option. Please note that Timer Mode cannot block other animals.
• How do I set the pet door to let my dog come and go freely from 6:00 a.m. -10:00 p.m. while blocking other animal?
• Set P4 the current time first, switch the door to P2 Auto Mode, set the time to A6:00-P10:00, and finally attach the sensor to the collar.
• Can this smart pet door set a curfew, so my dog can go out freely during the day and stay inside at night?
• Yes. The iGuardPaw smart pet door allows you to set specific access times (6:00AM-9:00PM for example). Outside of the scheduled time range, the flap will lock and prevent your pet from going out.
• How do I get the Collar Sensor to unlock the pet door?
• Ensure both collar sensor and door are powered on, the Collar Sensor's 2 switches are in opposite positions (one UP, one DOWN), and the door is in P2 Mode (A12:00–A12:00 for 24-hour access). Make sure the Collar Sensor's front faces the door sensor.
