• The sensor is not working, and the water keeps flowing into the dirty water tank. How to solve it?
• 1.Turn on the main unit and let it run until the battery is fully drained (all indicator lights are off). This will take approximately 20H.
• 2.After the main unit is fully drained, turn to the "OFF", then charge it for 0.5H. It will work normally.
• Can the radar distinguish between pets and humans? Will frequent activation waste water?
• No,it can't. When movement occurs within the radar's detection range, it will activate and water will flow from the nozzle. However, the water flows only within the drinking tray area, which always maintains a stable 150ml, so no water is wasted.
