• These aquarium filter sheets are designed to support routine water maintenance in home aquariums. Made from a non-woven, non-toxic material, they provide mechanical filtration by trapping fine particles that contribute to cloudy water. In addition, the material may help reduce yellow or green tinting that can develop over time due to tannins, dissolved organics, or other common aquarium conditions. Each sheet measures 5.5 x 4.5 inches and can be folded to fit into many standard filter types, including hang-on-back (HOB), canister, and internal filters. No cutting is required for most setups, though fit may vary depending on your specific filter design. The sheets are intended for regular replacement—typically every few weeks—depending on tank size, stocking level, and water quality. They are safe for use in both freshwater and saltwater environments and do not contain added chemicals, dyes, or medications.
