• How can I train my pet to use the PawRunner?

• Is it easy to align the belt if it's running left or right of center?
• Yes! Just start the treadmill at 1.5 or 2 mph, use the provided hex key to turn the left or right adjustment screw at the back end of the belt, and allow the treadmill to run with no load for 1 or 2 minutes!
• My dog doesn't like loud noises. Is the treadmill loud?
• No! The treadmill is made for a stress-free dog jog, with 65 to 70 dB which is about the level of light city traffic - similar to what you'd encounter on outdoor dog walks.
• What should I do if the display console shows an "Err" or "E00" message?
