• Our original family business leveraged expertise in molds and plastic injection to create aerospace parts and components used in aviation and space flight as far back as the Apollo missions. In 1979, inspired by a gentle giant, our beloved Great Dane, Thor, we turned our expertise from outer space to your space, bringing comfort & convenience to you and your four-legged friends. Because, face it, backyard rovers are much cuter than moon rovers.
• Everyone loved Thor. He was a giant with a gentle heart and the inspiration for the family company we know today as Ideal Pet Products.
