This helps to prevent unwanted entry of wild animals, including raccoons. This model operates using electronic I.D. discs (2 included with this model) for up to nine cats, allowing your pets to explore freely while keeping track of their whereabouts. The handy LCD display provides easy access to essential information, and the timer function lets you decide when your cats can roam and when they should stay indoors.
• Both models provide your cats with the independence they desire while giving you ultimate control over their access, making them the perfect addition to any cat-friendly home.

• The Cat Mate Elite Cat Doors are equipped with an easy-to-read LCD screen that displays essential information at a glance, making it simple to monitor your pet's access. This thoughtful design provides peace of mind and reliable control over your cat's comings and goings.
• The Cat Mate Elite I.D. Disc Cat Door uses collar-worn I.D. Discs, with two included, to control both entry and exit, ensuring your home stays secure from raccoons and other unwanted visitors. This model scans your pet's I.D. Disc every time they enter or exit, providing precise control over access. With a tunnel depth of approximately 2 inches, it fits seamlessly into various door types while offering enhanced security.
• The Cat Mate Elite Microchip Cat Door controls entry by scanning your cat's unique microchip or Cat Mate I.D. Discs, ensuring only your pet can enter the home. This model does not scan before allowing exit, providing your cat with easy access outside. With a tunnel depth of approximately 4 inches, it's designed to fit a variety of door types while maintaining secure access.
